uPVC Fascia & Soffit

Our range of fascias and soffits are not only suitable for new builds, but are an ideal replacement for old timber boards, offering a rot-proof, durable and virtually maintenance-free solution.

Our fascia and soffit boards are available in a variety of different sizes, colours and woodgrain finishes to suit any property.  We also offer a choice of profiles including ogee and square edge profile.  All our fascias and soffits are fitted complete with the required fixtures and fittings such as capping boards, corners, joint trims, ventilators and fixings.  Box ends are professionally fitted using one board, giving a clean, joint-free finish.

Standard colours such as white, brown and black are readily available.  Woodgrain finishes include Oak, Mahogany and Black Ash.  For other colour options please contact us.  All fixtures and fittings are supplied to match the finish required.

When replacing existing timber with uPVC fascia board, we will replace any rotten timber backing boards before covering it.  If existing felt is decayed we will lift back the first few rows of tiles and replace felt with a new D.P.C.

Other accessories which we will fit on request include a bird comb and over fascia vents.
